This policy explains how DART Work Assistant, offered at dartdev.fyi (the "Service") by Capstone, handles your information.
DART is designed to run on your own computer. By default the Service collects no personal data and no telemetry: we do not track usage, do not use analytics, and do not build profiles. There are no accounts, no tracking cookies, and no third-party trackers embedded in the Service.
You may optionally connect your Google account so DART can help plan your day by looking at your email and calendar. This connection is performed through Google's OAuth system, and you control it entirely.
When you connect, DART requests the following access, both read-only:
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.readonly — used to read your email so DART can summarize, search, and surface relevant messages.https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.readonly — used to read your calendar so DART can show upcoming events and time its help around your day.DART never sends email, and it never creates, edits, or deletes calendar events or any other data in your account. The connection is optional, you can disconnect at any time, and disconnecting stops DART's access immediately. Access tokens are stored locally on your device.
We do not sell your data. Information read from your Google account is used by DART on your device to help you; it is not sold or disclosed to third parties for their purposes.
The Service is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date.
